The staff were very attentive and helpful and looked after us so well. The Japanese food was wonderful and seemed to get better every night we stayed and they were able to accommodate my fussiness and my partner’s veganism. The public bath had a gorgeous view of the mountains.

Located in the historical Shibu Onsen district, 渋温泉小石屋旅館 offers both private and dormitory-style guest rooms as well as an on-site restaurant where local dishes, wines and craft beers are available. Nice was super friendly and the ryokan is very nice. They also serve good food at the on site restaurant.

Boasting open-air hot spring baths, a heated indoor pool and beautiful Japanese gardens, Senjukaku offers traditional Japanese-style accommodation that has a historic charm. Breakfast was great. Onsen pools were perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Yorozuya berjarak 7 menit jalan kaki dari Stasiun Kereta Yudanaka, menawarkan pemandian air panas, hot tub, dan kamar-kamar bergaya Jepang dengan teras pribadi dan kamar mandi pribadi. this was the first visit to YOROZUYA after many years. always an exceptional experience. staff was great! Sakamoto-san was very accommodating in our SAKURA room for meals. will be sure to visit again. maybe stay in KIKU room?!?!

This has marked a highlight of our trip, defining what traditionally lived Japanese hospitality feels like. We were deeply touched by the degree to which guests needs are quietly being catered to - repeatedly. We can highly recommend staying at this Ryokan, even if you don’t plan to do any of the numerous activities around. We will surely come back here for when the skiing seasons kicks off. We feel very thankful to have met these remarkable beings running the place.

Hanya 10 menit berkendara dari Snow Monkey Park, Yudanaka Onsen Yamazakiya menawarkan akomodasi sederhana bergaya Jepang dengan Wi-Fi gratis. The hospitality was great, the location is stunning and the ryokan itself is very comfortable and makes you feel at home. We had dinner and breakfast and they were able to accommodate one of us being vegan with both meals being delicious. The onsens are very quiet and very well maintained, and can be used for free by the ryokan's guests. Akira-san also offered to take us to both the snow monkeys resort and the station, which was great.

Kadowakikan berjarak 3 menit jalan kaki dari Resor Ski Nozawa Onsen, menawarkan akses ski langsung, pemandian air panas, dan WiFi gratis. Everything about this hotel is awesome. If you want an authentic Japanese experience with a super friendly and helpful host I would really recommend this hotel to you. The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the onsen downstairs is great, I could keep on going, its all superb.
