Location is a bit scary first, you have to drive 1 km on hill outside the city like to Dracula castle and the place actually looks similar but then it’s amazing castle, quiet, outside but very close to the city of Liberec. Just outside the fence you have amazing rocks and you are immediately on the walking paths in mountains and forests. Staff is great, beauty lady at the bar and Polish speaking man in reception.

Nestled directly on the ski slope, the hotel offers unbeatable ski-in, ski-out convenience, making my skiing experience seamless and delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the level of hospitality and professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff. The hotel management, the kitchen crew, housekeeping, and every single employee went above and beyond to make my stay feel like a home away from home. Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and all other staff members were incredibly friendly and visibly passionate about their work. Their happiness and willingness to assist at any time added a special touch to my stay, making it evident that they aim to leave a lasting impression on their guests, not because they are instructed to, but from the heart. The hotel’s unique charm, coupled with its strategic location on the ski slope, its remarkable staff, and the exquisite culinary offerings, made my stay an experience I will cherish forever.

Very nice service, great breakfast, comfortable room with comfortable bed. This is a brewery - there is great beer to taste :). Though I arrived late, reception (which ends work at 8 p.m.) found a way to pass me room key.

Hotel Friuli is located in Harrachov, 600 metres from the ski jumps and 200 metres from the cable car to Čertova Hora. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view. Everything,the staff was amazing. Food fantastic !

The guesthouse Hotýlek Pod Smrkem is located in the ski town of Harrachov. The ski lift Ryzoviste - Certova Hora is located 200 metres from the property. Free parking is available on site. The hotel is in a quiet location, next to a stream where you can meditate. The outside is very beautiful, a lot of flowers, a playground, a small pool, a barbecue and the opportunity to grill on a fire (for this, the owners will help you to prepare everything and you just have to light a match and get the meat for the grill). It is very cozy inside, very tasty breakfasts, just a wonderful games room (for both adults and children) and I would like to note the wonderful sauna and jacuzzi ( recommended!!) The owners are very friendly and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and not like in a simple hotel. During the whole period you can use the coffee machine, collect draft beer or take it from the refrigerator, there is also wine and various snacks. Highly recommended for family with kids!
